SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

At ONE AND ALL, we are committed to delivering your merchandise promptly and efficiently across Australia.

For international orders: Please contact us at hello@oneandallship.com.au so we can calculate the best shipping option for your order.

We offer standard shipping or express shipping on all orders, with a processing time of 2-5 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, delivery with Australia Post typically takes between 3-7 business days, depending on your location. For remote areas, please allow additional time for delivery. 

We offer a pick up option from the ONE AND ALL Office, by appointment.  

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We provide tracking information for all shipments that are sent as a parcel, so you can monitor your order’s progress.  Orders sent via envelope have the option to add tracking for a fee.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our Returns Policy below:
 

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags intact.
 

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are non-returnable. This information is noted on the product page.
 

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@oneandallship.com.au  Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to proceed.
 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $30 to ensure they are returned safely. Returns are at the cost of the customer, and we are not liable for any goods lost in transit.


Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
 

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We cannot guarantee the availability of exchanged items.
 

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
 

Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
